- Usage Guide:
- Add your first vehicle by selecting 'Tap to set vehicle' to access economy ratings based on your car's make and model.
- Easily manage or add additional vehicles by tapping the car icon at any time.
- Calculate road distances between locations by tapping on the map. You can enter postal codes, street names, town names, or keywords for each location. Alternatively, use the location icon to utilize your current position.
- Adjust trip parameters such as distance, fuel price, and fuel economy with the intuitive 'nudge' sliders or by directly editing values.
- The estimated fuel amount required is provided, giving you an indication of refueling needs before embarking on a trip. For reference, an average car tank holds around 60 liters (16 US gallons) of fuel.
The app automatically adapts settings for different regions but allows customization in the Settings page for parameters such as trip distance (miles, kilometers), fuel economy (MPG, MPG US, litres/100km), fuel price per unit (gallon, US gallon, litre), preferred currency (£, $, €), and currency unit display for fuel pricing in pence/cents.
